1. Subscription Fee

• Carriers must pay PKR 5,000 per month to access Cargo Adda.
• The subscription fee is non-refundable, regardless of account activity, cancellation, or suspension.

2. Load Payments

• Cargo Adda does not process, handle, or guarantee payments between shippers and carriers.
• All financial transactions are settled directly between the two parties.

3. Cancellations

• If a load is cancelled, the shipper and carrier must resolve financial matters directly.
• Cargo Adda does not provide refunds for cancelled shipments.

4. Disputes

• Cargo Adda may provide dispute mediation guidance, but legal and financial responsibility rests solely with the shipper and carrier.
